This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) based in the United States.
The Property Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property insurance claims through phone-based and other remote communication channels.
This role covers both personal and commercial property losses, including structural damage, contents, additional living expenses, scheduled property, and business income claims.

Working closely with internal claims teams and other business partners, you will ensure claims are handled in accordance with policy coverage, regulatory requirements, and established procedures.
The position requires strong investigative judgment, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a consistent monthly claims workload.

-
Meet Productivity Expectations: Investigate and close an average minimum of 70 claim elements per month, or 85 per month for roles focused primarily on contents claims.

-
Collaborate Across Teams: Participate in claims and cross-functional initiatives as assigned, maintaining effective communication with agents, sales representatives, underwriting, marketing, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
