Our services include, but are not limited to: Remodeling and renovation Painting Preventative maintenance Carpentry Drywall repair Furniture assembly Doors & windows We are looking for craftsmen/handymen with their own business who wish to get additional work. The craftsmen must maintain or be willing to get liability insurance. Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties Handle various tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting, etc. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Skills Strong knowledge and experience in various areas of maintenance and repair Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members A valid driver’s license is required for this position along with truck, van or SUV.
