BioLife Plasma Services - - Responsibilities: Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety; Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs; Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation; Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes; Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
