Sales Tax Consultant (Retail)

The below job opportunity is to one of Our clients who is an American chain of beauty stores headquartered in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This Client carries cosmetics, fragrances, nail products, bath and body products, beauty tools, and hair care products.

:

• Must be a self-starter and be able to execute against goals
• Flexibility in daily tasks and assignments assigned
• Working knowledge of Excel (intermediate), Word & PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx (a plus)
• Retail industry a strong plus
• Professional work experience minimum required

Professional work experience required

• 2 - 3 years + of Sales and use tax compliance - e-filing, data preparation, return preparation and reconciliation, request approvals and payments
• Use tax review for self-assessment
• Account reconciliation (a plus)
• Tax research (a plus)
• Licensing (a plus)

• Bachelor's degree with Accounting or Finance or other bus
• Independently work with other team members in the organization
