About this position We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest’s stay, from check‑ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Compensation $20 - $22 Responsibilities Prepare and distribute end‑of‑day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records. Welcome and assist guests with check‑ins, check‑outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift. Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs. Qualifications Proven customer service experience with a strong guest‑focused mentality. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
