Responsibilities and Duties Full‑cycle Web Development: maintain optimal performance and seamless user experience while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to conceptualize, design, develop, test, and deploy web applications. Front‑End Development: implement responsive design across various devices and browsers, creating intuitive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Back‑End Development: build robust server‑side logic and APIs using modern languages such as Python, Ruby, Node.js, or Java, and integrate them with databases and third‑party services. Database Management: design, implement, and optimize database schemas to store and retrieve data efficiently, ensuring data security and integrity. Version Control: use Git to manage code‑base changes, collaborate with team members, and maintain code quality. Code Reviews: participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable, reusable code. Performance Optimization: identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both front‑end and back‑end systems, ensuring optimal application speed and scalability. Testing and Debugging: write and execute unit tests and conduct debugging to identify and fix errors, ensuring overall reliability. Deployment and DevOps: collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth application release and monitoring. Continuous Learning: keep up‑to‑date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development and share knowledge within the team. Additional skills: C#, .NET/.NET Core, Razor Pages, REST API, and Microsoft Entity Frameworks. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (equivalent work experience will also be considered). Proven experience as a Full‑Stack Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful web application development projects. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and find innovative solutions. Proficiency in front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficiency in back‑end technologies such as Python, Ruby, Node.js, or Java, and experience working with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing requirements and priorities. Meticulous attention to detail in coding, testing, and documentation to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
