Travel Surgical Tech

This travel Certified Surgical Tech job in Springfield, OR with Advantis Medical is a 11-week travel Certified Surgical Tech contract at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center . This role pays $2,008 per week and follows a Days shift with a 3x12 schedule.

In this travel Certified Surgical Tech job, you will support patient care through specialty-specific clinical services, perform assessments and treatments within your scope of practice, document patient progress, operate relevant medical equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to help deliver quality patient outcomes.

Travel Certified Surgical Tech Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent Certified Surgical Tech experience
• Must hold all required Certified Surgical Tech certifications and licenses as mandated by Oregon and national regulatory bodies

McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center — Springfield, OR

McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center serves Springfield with inpatient, outpatient and emergency care. Its critical care unit provides continuous monitoring and treatment for seriously ill patients.

CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy and nuclear medicine are available for patients of all ages. Imaging also includes interventional procedures and round-the-clock emergency studies.

The heart program provides cardiac catheterization, stent placement, pacemaker implantation and transesophageal echocardiography, alongside cardiac surgery.

Surgical care covers breast cancer, bowel resection, fracture repair, spine surgery and joint replacement. Some procedures are provided through same-day surgery.

The birthing center has an operating room for cesarean deliveries and provides newborn oxygen, antibiotics for infection and feeding assistance.

Pulmonary care addresses asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and interstitial lung disease, with pulmonary function testing, fiberoptic bronchoscopy and ventilator management.
