Responsibilities Provide ENT patient care within your specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing with MedCBO as required. Determine clinical services offered. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in a relevant specialty. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is not a salary; it is generated by the physician‑owned practice.
