Chief Operating Officer

  • Lead the organization’s operations translating strategic priorities into scalable systems
  • Work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team

  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations
  • At least 5 years in a senior or executive role
  • Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams inside a mission-driven organization
  • Oversaw enterprise operations across multiple functional areas: IT, HR, Finance, or e-commerce
  • Comfortable in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation conversations
  • Experience supervising senior leaders and building high-performing teams
  • Led organizational change and operational improvements
  • Oversight of digital platforms and enterprise systems
  • Understanding of data governance and cybersecurity practices
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a valued plus, though not a requirement
