Responsibilities Leading and motivating members through pre‑defined workouts Helping members set and achieve goals Ensuring members use correct form and offering corrections as needed Understanding the science behind our workouts, specifically heart‑rate focused training programs, and staying aware of industry trends Demonstrating and using every piece of equipment in every workout Being a team player Requirements AED/CPR certified Holding a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness Willingness to travel between our three co‑owned locations (Grove City, Gahanna, and New Albany, OH) and having flexible availability #J-18808-Ljbffr Now CFO
