Team Lead - Fulfillment Operations

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee daily fulfillment center operations in a fast-paced logistics environment in Mahwah, NJ 07495 . This role is responsible for leading a team of associates, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Contract-to-Hire Schedule 10-hour shifts: Sunday through Wednesday 12-hour shifts: Thursday through Saturday Overtime may be required based on business needs Compensation $22 – $23 per hour Overtime eligible Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of 10–12 fulfillment associates during assigned shifts Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards across operations Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance Support pick, pack, and general warehouse fulfillment operations Troubleshoot operational issues and elevate when necessary Maintain compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures Collaborate with supervisors and management to meet daily and weekly targets Requirements 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred Prior leadership or team lead experience required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage and motivate a team of 10–12 employees Experience with pick/pack operations in a warehouse environment Ability to perform basic physical warehouse requirements (standing, walking, lifting as needed) Ability to work overtime when required Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus Experience in high-volume e-commerce or distribution environments Familiarity with warehouse systems and handheld scanners Strong problem‑solving and team management skills Benefits for eligible employees Direct deposit Weekly pay Medical benefits 401(k) Plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
