GEN AI Platform Lead Engineer(GCP)

Required Skills Embeddings, RAG, semantic search Hands‑on experience in GCP, Vertex AI, Agentic Solution development, maintenance activities Machine learning Multi‑agent orchestration frameworks, Workflow tools (Airflow, Prefect) Generative reasoning optimization (chain of thought, tree of thought, RAP) Knowledge of enterprise guardrails & Responsible AI Exposure to GitHub, Jupyter Python Responsibilities Understand, design, build, and optimize LLM based autonomous agents for reasoning, planning, and task execution. Integrate with data engineers and data scientists to suggest and build AI Agentic solutions for automating business workflow end‑to‑end. Develop and deploy machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches. Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable GCP cloud architectures. Build and maintain core platform services using Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run / Cloud Functions, BigQuery / Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL / Spanner. Develop infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform or Deployment Manager. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab. Have strong hands‑on experience with key GCP services, especially GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, VPC networking. Proficiency in Terraform, Python, shell scripting, Kubernetes / Docker, CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Strong understanding of networking (VPC, DNS, NAT, load balancing). Security (IAM, KMS, service identities) and SRE concepts (SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, scaling). Automate provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and operational processes. Very good communication skills.
