MAC Day Spa & Hair Studio / MediQuick Weight Loss is seeking a polished, outgoing, and motivated Front Desk Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who loves beauty, wellness, fashion, customer service, and sales. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help create a welcoming, professional, and elevated experience from the moment they walk through the door. Position Overview Our Front Desk Sales Coordinator plays a key role in building relationships with our spa, salon, and MedSpa guests. This position requires someone who is friendly, confident, detail-oriented, and excited to learn about services, products, memberships, and promotions. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, well-presented, and comfortable speaking with guests, answering questions, recommending services, and supporting a busy front desk team. Duties & Responsibilities Arrive for each shift polished, professional, and ready to represent a high‑end spa and salon environment Welcome all guests warmly and professionally according to company service standards Answer phones promptly and courteously Assist guests with scheduling, service questions, pricing, promotions, and membership information Learn and confidently explain spa, salon, MedSpa, and weight‑loss services Actively promote memberships, packages, retail products, and current specials Support sales goals, including memberships, package offerings, retail sales, and guest re‑booking Help maximize bookings by assisting with appointment scheduling and guest follow‑up Maintain a clean, organized, and luxury front desk environment Multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced setting Communicate clearly with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly Pay close attention to detail when entering guest information, scheduling appointments, and handling transactions Remain reliable, punctual, positive, and team‑focused Ideal Candidate Enjoy working with people and creating a great first impression Have an interest in beauty, wellness, skincare, hair, fashion, or MedSpa services Be comfortable with sales goals and performance expectations Have a positive, upbeat, and encouraging attitude Be eager to learn and grow within the company Work well in a team environment Be dependable, professional, and detail‑oriented Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and customer service skills Desire to learn about spa, salon, and MedSpa services Ability to work flexible part‑time hours Saturday availability required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required Raises every 5 months when meeting or exceeding sales goals through our level system Sales performance awards, including Botox, dermal filler, gift cards, and more In‑house growth opportunities, including Level System promotions, Shift Lead, and Assistant Spa Manager opportunities Supportive team environment with hands‑on training Schedule Monday to Friday availability preferred Saturday availability required Flexible scheduling available About MAC MAC Day Spa & Hair Studio is a luxury spa, salon, and wellness destination offering a wide range of services, including facials, massage, hair, nails, lashes, advanced aesthetics, laser treatments, and medical weight‑loss services through MediQuick Weight Loss.
