MISSION:
Help homeowners and builders bring their backyard visions to life by guiding them from the first meeting to a signed agreement that clearly and accurately reflects their vision and prepares it for construction.

OUTCOMES:

• Agreed monthly and annual sales goals are achieved through signed pool construction and renovation contracts.  
• Signed agreements accurately reflect each customer’s approved design, selections, scope, and price.
• Customers enter construction with a clear understanding of their project, the process ahead, and any timeline or permitting uncertainties discussed during sales.
• Design, permitting, and construction teams have the complete and accurate information needed to move sold projects forward without avoidable gaps or conflicting commitments from sales.
• Cultivated customer and builder relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and positive reviews.

• Coachability: Learns pool products, equipment, construction process, sales systems, local regulations and Summit Pools’ standards required for consultative selling and continued professional growth. 
• Accountability & Respect: Takes responsibility for commitments and treats customers and team members with humility and respect. 
• Technology: Proficiency with computers, email, CRM systems, and mobile technology. 

Pool sales experience and an understanding of design concepts is preferred.  

Experience in construction or a related field and a clean driving record are required.
