Class A OTR Driver Dry Van No Touch - Entry Level Welcome

This is an OTR position for drivers who want consistent miles, automatic pay increases, and freight that never asks them to break a sweat. No touch, no dock delays, no surprises.

YOUR LANE:

• OTR operation long haul, open road
• 100% dry van no touch freight
• Consistent weekly miles 2,700 to 3,000
• Freight runs primarily to the Midwest
• No NYC or 5 boroughs

TIME AT HOME:

• 14 days out 2 days home
• Same reset every cycle no guessing

YOUR PAY:

• $0.43 to $0.71 CPM based on experience and sliding pay scale
• Pay increases automatically with mileage and tenure
• Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM
• Average 2,7003,000 miles per week
• Average weekly earnings: $1,400 to $1,500
• Top 25% of drivers earning $1,800+/week
• Trainees: $655/week during paid training

PAID TRAINING:

• $655/week guaranteed throughout training
• 3 to 5 weeks one on one mentorship
• Real loads, real routes, real experience
• Solo dispatch upon successful completion

WHAT WE NEED:

• Valid CDL-A
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• New graduates welcome minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school
• Experienced drivers minimum 6 months OTR experience
• No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test
• Must reside in Oregon
