We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Lanham, MD . The position is located in a client office and requires exceptional customer service and skilled specimen collection. Work Schedule Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); Saturdays as assigned. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and promptly. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Handle administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification, completion of an accredited training program, or ≥3 months of experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications ≥1 year of phlebotomy experience. Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency may satisfy requirements. Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Travel to additional sites as needed, with reliable transportation. Pay Range $17.75 – $26.00 per hour. PST Incentive Plan Personnel may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which provides a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
