In this role, you will review analyze, and clear title for complex commercial real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions while working closely with attorneys lenders, developers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful closings.The ideal candidate is an experienced title professional with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to navigate sophisticated title issues across a variety of transaction types. A law degree is welcome but not required.Responsibilities: Review title searches, commitments, surveys, and related documents for commercial real estate transactions nationwideAnalyze title reports and identify defects, encumbrances, liens, easements, and other title issues requiring resolutionCoordinate title clearance efforts with attorneys, lenders, developers, surveyors, underwriters, and other transaction participantsPrepare and review title commitments, endorsements, and clearance requirementsEvaluate underwriting risk and recommend practical solutions for complex title mattersCollaborate with national title underwriters to facilitate timely and accurate closingsManage multiple commercial transactions simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and service expectations are metProvide exceptional customer service by communicating proactively with clients and internal partners throughout the transaction processMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company underwriting guidelines and industry best practicesAssist in special project and other responsibilities as neededSkills and Experience: 5+ years of commercial title experience, preferably involving multi-state or national transactionsStrong understanding of commercial title insurance principles and title clearance processes Experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and related real estate documentsAbility to independently analyze and resolve complex title issuesStrong written and verbal communication skills with client-focused approachAbility to prioritize multiple transactions in a fast-paced environmentJuris Doctor (JD) or equivalent education preferred but not requiredExisting relationships with commercial real estate attorneys, lenders, or underwriters are a plusPay Details:The base compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $225,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
