Experience That Leads. Expertise That Matters.

You've earned your experience by taking on the tough jobs, solving problems others can't, and knowing what it takes to get the repair right the first time. Your value goes beyond what you can diagnose or fix-it's the judgment you bring, the standards you set, and the people you help become better technicians.

At Wiers, Senior Diesel Technicians take on some of the most challenging work in the shop, from advanced diagnostics to complex mechanical and electrical repairs. You'll put your experience to work while serving as a go-to resource for your team-sharing knowledge, mentoring developing technicians, and helping ensure every repair meets the high standards our customers expect.

Your expertise can make an impact far beyond the repair bay. When you lead by example, help your teammates grow, and deliver dependable work, you play an important role in strengthening the entire team and building trust that keeps customers coming back.

If you're ready for a role where your experience is respected, your knowledge can shape the next generation of technicians, and your career still has room to grow, Wiers is ready to help you lead what's next.
