Collections Manager

Job Details Job Location: 01 Eagan - Eagan, MN Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $22.00 - $28.00Hourly Job Shift: Day Northwest Respiratory Services is a leading provider of oxygen & respiratory products throughout the Midwest & Northern Rockies. We are currently in search of a seasoned Collections Manager for our Eagan, MN office. Essential duties and responsibilities Work assigned reports, dashboards, and aging queues daily Manage AR of private pay accounts across all aging buckets (current, 30/60/90+ days) Within 24 hours (or otherwise timely manner): Make collection calls to patients and/or their families Respond to collection calls from patients and/or their families Identify correct responsible party, insurance and make corrections to invoices Work aged receivables Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies Meet individual and departmental goals Utilize Brightree software Key Qualifications 1-2 years of collections experience, preferably in DME/HME or health care Well versed in medical insurance and terminology Great communication skills written and verbal, contacting insurance carriers, facilities, patients, etc. Work individual feedback sessions, staff meetings, and annual training and/or competency tests Competitive Benefits Package Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance HSA & FSA options 401(k) retirement plan w/ company contribution Long-term and Short-term Disability insurance Company-paid Life insurance Voluntary Life, Accident, and other supplemental insurance Pet insurance Vacation, sick, and paid holidays Learning and development opportunities Northwest Respiratory Services is a privately held, regional leader in the respiratory product and service industry.
