Position Highlights Elementary School Assignment 1:1 Student Support Push-In/Push-Out Service Model Medium Behavioral Support Environment Level 1 Medical Support Interview Required Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct therapy services to students Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Support student success through evidence-based interventions Qualifications Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License required CCC-SLP preferred School-based experience preferred Current CPR certification (if applicable) Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Compensation Local SLP: Up to $70/hour Travel SLP: Competitive weekly travel package Estimated Weekly Package: Up to $3,699.88/week Why Amergis Competitive Pay Weekly Pay Schedule Dedicated Recruiter SupportMeaningful Work with Students Opportunity to Join a Supportive School Team Minimum Requirements Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
