Senior Program Management ManagerCompany:Boeing Distribution, Inc.The Boeing Company has a long tradition of aerospace leadership and innovation, and Boeing Global Services (BGS) continues this tradition today by delivering unparalleled aftermarket support and services for customers worldwide.We have an exciting leadership opportunity within Boeing Global Services (BGS) Parts and Distribution business leading our Consumables & Expendables Exclusives IPT (Integrated Product Team).This Senior Program Management Manager role will be reporting to the Director of Distribution Programs.Location: Hialeah, FL, Chandler, AZ, O Fallon, MO, or Wichita, KS.Position Responsibilities:We need a Senior Manager to join our team and bring the following:P&L Leader with ability to manage multiple, complex projects by establishing key metrics and standardized processes to measure performance and drive efficienciesResponsible for contract oversight and execution of a diverse mix of product lines spanning many platforms across Commercial, BAGA and Defense aftermarket segmentsDevelopment of Portfolio Strategy and Product Line expansion with key OEM/Supplier PartnersSet short- and long-term product strategies and evaluate effectiveness of sales and marketing initiativesLead SIOP strategies to maximize investments, mitigate risks and improve business outcomesSupport LRBP (Long Range Business Plan) process and deliver to Portfolio financial targets across Revenue, Margin, Operating Earnings and CashBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field10+ years of work experience5+ years of experience in Product or Program Management within aerospace parts and distributionPrevious experience in managing/leading larger teams5+ years of experience in aviation, aerospace and/or defense industryAbility and willingness to travel domestically & internationally up to 30% of the timeStrong business and finance acumenPreferred Qualification:MBA highly desiredConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Candidate must demonstrate:Exceptional Leadership: Provide strong people & team leadership skills to develop talent across a multi-site team.
