Middleburysnowbowl is seeking a Summer Research Assistant to analyze microbial amplicon, metagenomic, and viromic datasets from Lake Champlain sites. You will perform QA/QC, descriptive statistics, differential analyses, and help describe microbial communities across sites and seasons.
