Middleburysnowbowl is seeking a Summer Research Assistant to analyze microbial amplicon, metagenomic, and viromic datasets from Lake Champlain sites. You will perform QA/QC, descriptive statistics, differential analyses, and help describe microbial communities across sites and seasons. You will use R (and Python) on HPC resources, keep detailed code and records, and produce data visualizations toward 1–2 manuscripts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Middleburysnowbowl
