*Qualifications*

* Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
* Completion of an accredited U.S. Periodontics Residency Program
* Illinois dental and specialty license (or ability to obtain)
* Current CPR certification
* Clinical competency in periodontal therapy, implant placement, and related surgical procedures
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
