Growth Marketing Director

Our client is looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Lead to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. You'll develop and execute growth strategies, optimize marketing performance, and collaborate cross‑functionally to scale campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. Own and optimize paid and organic acquisition channels, including search, social, email, affiliate, and content marketing. Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance and conversion rates. Partner with Product, Sales, Creative, and Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize the customer journey. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using marketing analytics and attribution tools. Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend to maximize ROI. Develop lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention. Build dashboards and reports to communicate performance, KPIs, and recommendations to key stakeholders. Stay up to date with emerging growth strategies, digital marketing trends, and AI‑powered marketing tools. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing. Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Strong experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar). Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Tableau, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing attribution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, fintech, healthcare, or high‑growth environments is considered an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
