Speech-Language Pathologist

With a balanced 37.5-hour weekly schedule, you'll use your expertise to support students' growth and development both in-person and through virtual options, as VOCO arrangements may be considered.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Tennessee SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, school-based settings, or healthcare environments
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and staff
• Familiarity with caseload management, IEP documentation, and goal-setting for students
• Ability to adapt interventions to individual learning needs and diverse backgrounds
• Comfort with both in-person and virtual therapy (VOCO) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across elementary and middle school levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Document progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with families and school staff
• Employ evidence-based interventions to foster communication and academic skills
