Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant - Spring, TX

Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, is actively seeking a Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant to join our Professional Services Industries, Inc. team in Spring, Texas. This role involves dispatching field technicians to projects and providing essential administrative support in the architectural, engineering, and construction industry. What You’ll Do Dispatch field technicians to projects daily. Type daily reports. Work directly with subcontractors to coordinate project needs. Track field and lab supplies inventory and place orders. Answer and direct client calls to appropriate staff. Assist with company fleet vehicle maintenance scheduling and inventory. Create various documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office. Prepare invoices, follow up with clients, and conduct accounts receivable. Perform general office duties (faxing, copying, mailing, filing). Research a wide variety of information requests. Assist with developing, updating, and reviewing local operating procedures and/or work instructions. Minimum Education Required High School Diploma or GED. Additional Qualifications & Responsibilities Minimum of two years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Must type quickly and accurately. Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames.
