# Physical Therapist

Sequim Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for a rehabilitation therapy assignment in Sequim, Washington. The position is based at 650 West Hemlock Street, Sequim, Washington 98382.

This is a 13-week assignment with an ASAP start. The schedule consists of eight-hour day shifts, allowing the therapist to provide physical therapy services within the facility's established daytime schedule.
