Job Description: We are looking for flexible, reliable On-Call Caregivers to step in and provide care on short notice. This role is ideal for those with a flexible schedule who are ready to make a difference whenever the need arises.

Responsibilities:

• Immediate Care Assistance: Provide personal care, companionship, and household support as needed based on client requirements.
• Companionship: Offer meaningful social interaction, activities, and emotional support to clients.
• Adaptability: Be prepared to adjust and perform a range of caregiving tasks based on individual client needs and circumstances.
• Safety and Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in client health and behavior.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior caregiving experience with flexibility for on-call shifts preferred.
• Availability: Must be available on short notice for varying shifts.
• Skills: Quick adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to care.
• License/Certification: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Background Check: Completion of a background check and drug screening.
