Primary responsibilities of the job include:
- Managing construction projects in commercial and residential industries
- Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
- Providing attention to detail and organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- Must have 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with projects in commercial, public works, residential
- Experience working with CMR would be preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Direct experience with projects ranging from $5-10 million
Salary Range: $85-120K
