About the Position

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must have 1+ years experience
• Physical Therapist licensure in AZ is required to start
• HEP B required
• TB required
• Flu required
• Tdap required

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week expected with flexible scheduling options.
• Clinic hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday.
• No weekend requirement.
• Option for a 4x10 schedule.
• No float requirement at this time.
• Caseload expectation is 55 to 65 visits per week.
• Patient population includes adults and adolescents.
• Experience includes general outpatient care with a variety of orthopedic conditions.
• Documentation platform includes NextGen + Sidekick AI.
• Business casual dress code.
• Temp to perm opportunity.
