Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll serve as the face of Standard Process within your territory, partnering with Health Care Practitioners to grow their businesses through our premium nutritional solutions. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven outside sales role where you'll have the opportunity to develop new accounts, strengthen existing partnerships, and directly influence territory growth. Working alongside an Inside Sales partner and a team of industry experts, you'll leverage your sales skills, business acumen, and consultative approaches to achieve sales goals and drive long-term customer success. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working independently, managing their own schedule, building meaningful customer relationships, and seeing the direct results of their efforts.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow your own territory by expanding business with existing customers while developing new accounts
• Build strong, consultative relationships with Health Care Practitioners and key decision-makers
• Drive revenue growth by executing strategic territory plans and identifying new sales opportunities
• Coordinate and host monthly roundtable events, ranging from small group discussions to larger networking gatherings, primarily held on weeknights
• Deliver engaging educational presentations, Lunch & Learns, and virtual training sessions
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual customer visits to achieve sales goals and maximize account performance
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for territory planning, pipeline management, and customer engagement
• Analyze sales trends, market insights, and customer data to uncover growth opportunities
• Partner with Inside Sales to generate leads, schedule appointments, and expand market reach
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Scientific Liaisons to support customer success
• Represent Standard Process at regional and national trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Develop relationships with industry influencers and key opinion leaders to strengthen market presence
• Consistently meet or exceed territory goals and performance objectives

Territory

This role supports a large Pennsylvania territory that spans from the southwest region of the state to the northeast region, including areas such as Pittsburgh/Monroeville through Central PA and extending to Scranton and surrounding markets. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent regional travel and extended driving times, as the territory covers a broad geographic area across the state. Overnight travel is required depending on customer needs and scheduling.

Training

During your first week of training, you'll travel to our corporate headquarters in Palmyra, WI for an immersive, behind-the-scenes experience. From touring our farm to exploring our manufacturing operations, you'll see first-hand how our products are brought to life and discover what makes them stand out in the industry.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required

Experience

• 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
• Proven track record of territory growth and achieving sales goals
• Experience selling within healthcare, wellness, supplements, natural products, or pharmaceutical industries preferred
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Experience analyzing sales and demographic data to drive performance

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned territory
• Approximately 25% overnight travel
