The Fitness Coach is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service and Private Training. Coaches are responsible for the successful attainment of revenue goals pertaining to Private Training and Supplements. This position requires a minimum of one day on the weekend.

Essential duties and responsibilities include sales execution on key metrics, member experience, and miscellaneous tasks. The Fitness Coach reports to the Fitness Manager and may interact with all levels of management and staff within Corporate and Field offices, in the clubs, and within the Fitness team.

Required qualifications include knowledge of Private Training techniques, ability to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment, knowledge of company policies, strong interpersonal and communication skills, friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude, ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, strong customer service focus, strong organizational and time management skills, computer proficiency with basic skills in Word and Excel, ability to work, set up, and execute successful weekends.

Minimum certifications/educational level include current dotFIT certification, current CPR/AED certification, certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym, high school diploma or general education degree (GED), 4-year Degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym, current USA Wrestling Copper Certified (for wrestling coaches).

Minimum experience includes 1 year of related experience (preferred).

Physical requirements include the ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day, regularly lift heavy weights, squat, bend, reach, and spot, and frequently lift and/or move up to 45+ pounds.

Compensation: $19.70 - $56.00 per hour
