Project Summary:
- Will be supporting technology teams with the implementation of ServiceNow's Generative AI solution to support client's Core Platform, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and Employee Portal/Content teams
Top Skills:
- 4 plus years of experience providing analysis and documenting requirements for the ServiceNow platform.
Desired:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with hands-on implementation of any ServiceNow native AI capabilities
- Direct experience handling implementations of AI within ServiceNow
- Proven experience of defining and capturing measurable outcomes (metrics of value)
