Our employees are our family, and we strive to uphold the values that our founders instilled in us, creating an exceptional place to work that is inclusive to all.Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Production Supervisor for Toll Integrated Systems (TIS), our wholly-owned component manufacturing company based out of our facility in Emporia, Virginia.In this role, you will use management skills to guide production employees to produce quality product in a safe, timely manner located in our Emporia, VA manufacturing plant.Primary responsibilities include:Directing safety of the work area and working methodsMonitoring and controlling quality standards, according to company specificationsOverseeing production and transportation schedules in support of customer requirementsSupervising material management and inventory controlOverseeing personnel issues, as well as enforcing and administering company policiesConveying directives and company updates from the management team to employeesManaging back office and plant support functions to ensure continued daily operationsAdministering production employees' performance reviewsQualifications:Familiarity with TPM, 5S, continuous improvement, and quality operating systemsBasic technical and troubleshooting ability within an automated environmentStrong leadership, planning, written and verbal communication skillsProven coaching skills in the development of employeesDo you have these qualifications?Essential: 5+ years of experience leading a teamExcellent ability to multitask under pressurePreferred: Construction experience preferred or equivalent experience may be consideredThe salary for this position is $68,343 - $90,623.
