Make a difference supporting K-12 students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist within a school setting. This contract opportunity, conveniently located near Macon, GA, offers the chance to work collaboratively with educators and families to foster student growth and communication success over the 2026–2027 academic year.

Qualifications:

• Hold current Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credentials
• Eligible for or possess Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
• Experience working in school environments preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students across a diverse caseload (exact number of students to be determined)
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track progress toward communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, student-centered support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Offer guidance and training to staff and parents on strategies supporting student communication
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, engaging learning environment

This contract position begins on August 3, 2026, and concludes on May 21, 2027. You’ll enjoy a regular Monday through Friday schedule, working 37.5 hours per week.
