This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job Responsibilities:*** Assist engineers with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data.* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations.* Support the setup, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and test fixtures and JIGs* Perform basic engineering calculations and simulations under supervision.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to products or processes.* Participate in prototype assembly, testing, and validation activities.* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Job Qualifications:*** Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.* Strong foundational understanding of engineering principles.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.* Problem-solving aptitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed in a manufacturing environment.BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
