With a strong focus on engineering and design, Roxtec has grown rapidly—averaging 30% annual growth over the past decade—and continues to set the standard for sealing performance worldwide.The Product Support Specialist works alongside Segment Teams to provide foundational support to internal and external customers. This includes assisting with product selection, quotations, availability, and ordering of Roxtec products and components. Targeted accounts include power, data centers, advanced facilities, rail infrastructure, heavy vehicles, process industries, and telecom.Essential Job Functions:Provide basic technical support for standard Roxtec products and applications.Demonstrate a moderate understanding of product offerings to assist with accurate recommendations.Make product suggestions based on customer application requirements under guidance.Review customer specifications to support product fit decisions.Assist in consultations with new customers to understand industry needs and recommend standard solutions.Coordinate with Sales and Design teams; may assist with Engineering communication under supervision.Support the creation of documentation and quotations for standard product configurations.Manage CRM and ERP systems to process RFQs, track orders, and resolve basic discrepancies.Provide courteous and professional support to internal and external customers.Attend training and meetings as needed; occasional travel may be required.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Strong written and verbal communication skillsBasic negotiation and conflict resolution abilities, with demonstrated interest in troubleshooting and problem-solvingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong mathematical, technical, and mechanical aptitudeSelf-starter with solid organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to learn technical concepts and apply them in customer-facing scenariosComfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environmentEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalentAssociate's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 1 year of inside sales or customer service experiencePhysical Requirements:Required to wear PPE as neededWhy Roxtec?
