Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through virtual sessions, employing diagnostic tools and evidence-based methodologies. \n
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic modalities suited to each client's unique needs, fostering their progress and well-being. \n
- Regularly schedule and manage follow-up appointments with clients, ensuring continuity of care and providing ongoing support through teletherapy. \n
- Document progress and treatment outcomes meticulously within electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. \n
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, when necessary, to optimize client care and manage complex cases. \n
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, encompassing individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and substance abuse. You will provide culturally competent care, adapting your approach to resonate with clients from various backgrounds while fostering a safe and trustworthy therapeutic relationship. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Arizona. \n
- A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders. \n
- Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage challenging client situations with composure and professionalism. \n
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and telehealth technology, enabling efficient record-keeping and client engagement. \n

- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive therapies, implementing methods that honor individual client histories and needs. \n
