Responsibilities Interpret complex neuroradiology cases, with oncologic imaging expertise, to support clinical decision-making. Support tumor boards and contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions. Collaborate with interventional radiology physicians to optimize day-to-day workflow and minimize disruptive procedures. Engage in a collaborative culture with opportunities for professional growth and leadership within a ~20-member group. Qualifications Board Certification or Eligibility required. Fellowship training in Neuroradiology required. MD/DO degree required. Must be willing to relocate to San Diego, CA. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $575,000 – $625,000; Starting total compensation: $600K+. Partner earnings: $800K+; Partnership in 1 year with no buy-in; Weekend call shared equitably; No overnight call. Vacation: 12 weeks to start.
