Desktop Support Technician

Desktop Support Specialist
Creating and resolving desktop issues for First Energy employees onsite and remote. Primary duties will include standard desktop/laptop break/fix items.
Responsibilities:
- Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications.
- Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference).
- Monitor calls, incidents, and requests using the client provided ServiceNow tool.
Required Skills:
- Great customer service.
- Desktop support (Win10 and Office 365).
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. No overtime or on-call required.
Experience:
12-24 months enterprise desktop support.
Certifications:
CompTIA A+ is great to have.
Conversion Rate:
Not more than $23 contract.
Work Location:
5001 NASA Boulevard Fairmont, WV 26554.
