Schedule:Monday – Friday8:30 AM – 5:00 PMJob Term: Temp to HirePosition Summary:The Benefits Account Manager / Insurance Service Representative is responsible for supporting clients with employee benefits administration, insurance communications, policy servicing, and coverage support. This role requires strong knowledge of employee benefits, insurance carrier systems, and California Life & Health insurance regulations.Key Responsibilities:Assist producers with client communications, proposals, and policy supportUtilize carrier portals including:KaiserHealth NetAnthem Blue Cross / Blue ShieldCal ChoiceWarner PacificUnited HealthcareDeliver policy and plan documentation to clientsFollow up with clients regarding changes affecting benefit coverage needsProcess employee benefit plan changes, corrections, additions, and deletionsExplain benefit plan coverage, eligibility, and insurance options to subscribersCoordinate with third-party vendors regarding COBRA administrationMaintain accurate records within EASE, Sagitta, and/or AMS 360 systemsSupport overall client service and account management activitiesJob Requirements:Active California Life & Health License requiredBilingual in English and Spanish requiredStrong understanding of employee benefits, life insurance, and financial planning conceptsAbility to explain complex insurance plans and policies clearlyExperience with:EASE employee benefits platformSagitta and/or AMS 360Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Adobe PDF softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious insurance sales or benefits administration experience highly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
