Dental Scheduler - Antelope Valley, CA

Job Overview Dental Scheduler needed for a busy dental office. Experience in the dental field is not required; prior phone service experience is. Required to make 150 calls per day. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction. Use phone systems to manage scheduling details. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 to 2 years of call center experience or dental scheduling experience. Customer service experience/personality. Experience using Eaglesoft is a plus. Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Bilingual preferred (English, Spanish). Compensation Competitive wages ($18 to $20 depending on work history).
