Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand clients' unique needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver psychotherapy services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, with a focus on fostering healing and growth.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with California laws and insurance regulations.

• Work closely with other therapists and support staff to create a supportive and effective team environment.

• Engage in regular case consultations, clinical supervision meetings as needed, and continuous professional development.

• Adhere to ethical standards and safeguard client confidentiality, upholding HIPAA and BBS regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals from various backgrounds, ethnicities, and identities. We are particularly focused on serving BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent individuals, ensuring that the services provided are inclusive and culturally competent.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in California, active and in good standing.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, although exceptional associate-level candidates may be considered.
\n
• Strong proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Familiarity and comfort with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and virtual therapy platforms, such as SimplePractice and Zoom.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate their emotional and relational challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with bilingual or multilingual clients is a plus, particularly in Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Farsi, or other languages.
