\nDel Sol is seeking an experienced and motivated assistant medical director to support clinical leadership, operational excellence, and team development within a busy Level II Trauma Center. This role offers a balanced mix of clinical practice and leadership responsibility in a growing, well-supported emergency department. • Annual patient volume of 60,000

• 34-bed ED
\n
• EMR: Meditech
\n
• M*Model Dictation - a speech-to-text documentation platform that streamlines charting, enhances accuracy, and reduces administrative responsibility; this tool helps clinicians spend more time with patients and less time on paperwork

• Part of the HCA Healthcare system
\n
• HCA Residency Program Association: internal medicine residents rotate through the ED
\n
• Affiliated freestanding emergency departments: Horizon and East
\n
• 379-bed hospital
\n
• 49 hours of physician coverage (9, 10, 11 hour shifts)
\n
• 20 hours of APC coverage
\n

Position Requirements \n

\n
• Board prepared or board certified in EM through American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM), American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM)
\n
• Texas medical license and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date
\n
