Speedy Glass is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative at our store in Wasilla, AK!

Our Customer Service Representative opportunity comes with competitive pay depending on experience. This role is full-time with a set schedule Monday-Friday.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
• Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided
• Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
• Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate
• Perform all other duties as assigned

You will need:

• State issued Driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical Requirements: Sitting/computer use for extended periods of time

We're looking for experienced CSR's who have experience in service advisor roles, sales, dealership environments, store sales, and experience with cars, additionally all experience is welcome.
