Quick Facts Location: Hobbs, NM Start Date: 09/05/2026 Duration: Ongoing / As needed Shift: Inpatient and Outpatient; Clinic hours Mon–Fri 8 am–3 pm with 24-hour call Hours per Week: Varies; a minimum of 10-20 shifts/month Employment Type: Locum, All-inclusive daily rate Licenses/Certs: Active NM Medical License, DEA, BLS, Board Certified in OB/GYN Experience: Preferred 2+ years in OB/GYN with independent practice experience Pay & Benefits Pay Package: $1.00 (all hours included per day) Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time as per laws Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide inpatient and outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care at a leading facility in Hobbs, NM Perform deliveries (hospital conducts approximately 40/month) and manage a low-volume clinic setting Work independently, demonstrating confidence in OB/GYN procedures and patient management Participate in 24-hour on-call rotations, including clinic and hospital coverage Collaborate with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols What You Need Required: Active New Mexico Medical License DEA registration BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology BLS certification 2+ years of OB/GYN clinical experience, capable of autonomous practice Preferred: Experience with low-volume obstetric settings Strong patient management skills during deliveries and gynecologic procedures About the Assignment Join a reputable hospital in Hobbs, NM, offering a flexible schedule with a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care.
