Position Details

• Job Title: Packing Specialist Associate

• Location: Onsite – Jeffersonville, IN

• Pay Rate: $ 18.31/hr

• Environment: Clean, climate‑controlled facility

Available Schedules

• Monday: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Tuesday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Saturday: 12:00 AM – 8:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Pack, sort, and ship prescriptions to pharmacies and customers

• Work in a fast-paced, semi-automated production setting

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with 100% accuracy

• Use warehouse systems and scanning equipment

• Review on-screen instructions and select correct items

• Keep your workspace clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED

• Pharmacy or warehouse experience (a plus, not required!)

• Ability to:

○ Lift 20–30 lbs occasionally

○ Lift 15 lbs consistently throughout your shift

○ Stand/walk for extended periods

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Pay Details: $18.31 per hour
