Operador de maquinaria Fabricacin de aluminio Ubicacin: Halls, TN Salario: $20 por hora (segn experiencia, nivel de habilidad, turno y asignacin de produccin) Turnos disponibles: lunes a viernes; 1.er turno (6 a. m. 6 p. m.) y 3.er turno (6 p. m. 6 a. m.); turnos de 12 horas (es posible que se requieran horas extra y trabajo los fines de semana). Resumen del puesto Los operadores de maquinaria son responsables de ayudar en la operacin, el monitoreo y el mantenimiento de diversos equipos de produccin utilizados en procesos de extrusin de aluminio, anodizado, fabricacin, corte (sierra), embalaje y otros procesos de manufactura relacionados. Usted desempear un papel clave para garantizar la calidad de los productos, una produccin segura y operaciones de fabricacin eficientes. Responsabilidades tpicas Operar, monitorear y dar soporte a mquinas de produccin, incluyendo prensas de extrusin, lneas de anodizado, equipos de fabricacin, mquinas CNC, sierras y prensas punzonadoras. Cargar, descargar, mover, preparar y/o inspeccionar piezas de aluminio o productos terminados. Seguir instrucciones de trabajo detalladas, programas de produccin y normas de seguridad. Ayudar en la preparacin de mquinas, cambios de configuracin, herramientas, matrices, dispositivos de sujecin, bastidores o materiales, segn la capacitacin recibida. Inspeccionar piezas en busca de defectos, dimensiones incorrectas, problemas de acabado o cuestiones de calidad utilizando herramientas de medicin bsicas. Registrar informacin de produccin, desperdicios, tiempo de inactividad y controles de calidad segn sea necesario. Mantener el rea de trabajo limpia y organizada, informando de inmediato sobre cualquier problema con los equipos o la calidad. Trabajar en equipo para cumplir con los objetivos de produccin y los estndares de calidad. Comunicar claramente cualquier problema a los supervisores y a los departamentos de mantenimiento y calidad.
