Tool Room Technician 2nd Shift

Phillips Staffing is now hiring for a 2nd Shift Tool Room Technician for a leading manufacturer located in Liberty, SC! We are seeking motivated individuals who able to work productively in a medium-to-fast paced environment. Responsibilities Able to assist with mold maintenance with supervision Introduction/Understanding of basic tools and use Introduction/Understanding of operating manual Tool Room Equipment Able to make minor repairs to die cast tooling with supervision Introduction/Understanding of intermediate blue print reading Introduction of intermediate skills of trouble shooting die cast tooling problems in production Introduction/Understanding basic functions of die casting machines Required to have tool box and personal tools for class C work load Able to lift and handle up to 75 pounds Maintain attendance according to company policy Able to work overtime if needed, including weekend & holidays Requirements Must be self-motivated Must be productive with the ability to work in a team environment Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to work Overtime, as required Must follow the dress code: Required to wear safety glasses and steel toed boots, plant wide.
