Compassionate Front Office Experience Specialist

Full-time employee: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Description Lonerock Clinic is growing and seeking a professional, compassionate Patient Experience Specialist to join our front office team. This full-time role is the face of the clinic—responsible for welcoming patients, supporting a smooth front desk experience, and ensuring every person who enters our doors feels cared for and respected. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner Answer phones, manage multi-line call systems, and direct inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Check in/out patients, collect copays, and verify insurance Accurately enter and update information in EHR Support administrative tasks to ensure front office efficiency Work closely with the clinical team to ensure quality patient flow and communication What We’re Looking For Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred, but not required 1+ year working in a medical front office or administrative role Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude Detail-oriented and team-oriented High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in medical office management is a plus Ability to provide culturally appropriate compassionate care to all genders, races, and ethnicities.
